Every project varies depending on the property and cooling system, therefore we strongly recommend contacting our consultant for advice specific to your property, however the most common first-fix service requirements are:
– Power
– Lighting feed
– Water supply
– Drainage for condensation

We are experienced climate control specialist engineers, with cooling systems designed specifically for us by our technicians. We believe no other European company can claim the level of technical solutions and expertise in this area.
Our systems include:
– Split type air cooled
– Split type water cooled
– Ducted systems
– Room vented stand-alone systems
– Our unique custom-built wine wall evaporators which are designed to be more quiet, compact and reliable than off-the-shelf evaporators. They also create an even flow of cool air into the cabinet, thus avoiding hot spots.
Humidity between 60-75%
Avoiding exposure to natural light (note – we have solutions to address this for above ground solutions such as UV filters on glass).
Avoiding vibration
Please note, for wine rooms that are temperature controlled, there are critical steps that
need to be taken to ensure that the room is prepared properly, and that mechanical and
electrical services are in place.
